Three meat (Italian sausage, ground beef, and beef sausage) lasagna, sauteed whole green beans & Caesar salad with garlic bread.

Brined center cut, bone-in pork chops, smashed sweet potatoes (or regular potatoes), & asparagus.

Caesar salad, Cornish hens, cornbread dressing, potato salad, yams, green beans wrapped in bacon or sweet peas, & mac and cheese.

Pork tenderloin w/gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, & roasted string beans or whole green beans.

Turkey and roast beef with seasonal veggies, green salad, mashed potatoes, & soup.

Roasted herb chicken, seasoned mixed greens, macaroni, candied yams, & cornbread dressing w/ gravy.
